Privacy policy

The privacy policy:what we know aboutyou, and why.

INIT's privacy policy, without the legal noise: what you give us, why we need it, how long it lives, and how one email gets it deleted. If a question remains, write to us: we answer to the point and sharpen the wording right on this page.

4 fields

name, phone, email and your message — all the form asks for

0

transfers of your data for anyone else's marketing

1 email

is enough to request deletion

What we collect

Exactly what you type in yourself

We do not buy lists and pull nothing from social networks. The form ends up holding only what you typed into it.

A pile of narrow shredded paper strips beside dark scissors with red handles.
You enter it

The contact from the form

Name, phone, email and your message. Only the phone is required — the rest is your call, and empty fields stay empty.

The page the enquiry came from

The section of the site — "solutions for a dental clinic", say. It exists so whoever calls you back understands the context before dialling.

Interface language

Russian, Kazakh or English — so we reply in the language you were reading the site in.

Operational

Technical request data

The ordinary web basics: the time of the request and connection details the server records. We do not build a profile from them and do not use them for advertising.

Why

What we use it for, and what we do not

The second column matters more than the first: it is what we commit not to do.

We use it to

All of it follows directly from your enquiry

  • Contact you and answer your question
  • Prepare an estimate or a proposal for your task
  • Continue a project conversation already under way
  • Understand which pages produce enquiries, so we can improve them
  • Meet our obligations under a contract, where one exists

We do not

Deliberately, without exceptions

  • Sell or pass contacts on for anyone else's marketing
  • Subscribe you to a newsletter without explicit consent
  • Build advertising profiles or target you with your own data
  • Publish your enquiry or use it as a testimonial without permission
Storage

Where the data sits and who can open it

A short, checkable list — no "appropriate protective measures".

Location and access

Where it is stored
In our CRMAn enquiry becomes a card with its conversation history, not mail in a shared inbox
Who has access
Staff on the projectAccess is granted by role; there is no shared login
Transport
HTTPS onlyThe connection is encrypted all the way to the server

Retention and deletion

Retention period
While work is ongoingPlus the period we are required to keep contract documents for
An enquiry that went nowhere
Deleted on requestWithout waiting for the period to elapse — writing to us is enough
Response time
A reasonable periodWe confirm the outcome in writing, not by going quiet
Your rights

How to see, correct or delete your data

The procedure is the same for all three requests, and needs neither a form nor a visit.

01

Write to us through any contact on the site

Say which you want: a copy, a correction, or deletion. The phone or email you left helps us find the record.

5 minutes

Request received

02

We find every record connected to you

Not only the latest enquiry: if you wrote several times, we find them all.

1–2 working days

A list of what was found

03

We carry out the request

We send a copy, correct an inaccuracy, or delete the data. The one exception is anything the law requires us to keep, and about that we say plainly what it is and why.

A reasonable period

Data updated or deleted

04

We confirm in writing

You get confirmation of what was done. Silence does not count as completion.

Immediately after

Written confirmation

Cookies

What the site keeps in your browser

The list is short because we did not add anything unnecessary.

Necessary

Chosen language

So the site opens in the same language next time. Stored in the browser, not tied to a person.

Necessary

Account session

Appears only if you sign in, and exists so the session does not drop on every page.

Control

How to switch them off

Cookies are cleared and blocked in your browser settings. The site keeps working, but you will pick the language every time and signing in becomes impossible.

Questions

What people ask about data

The five questions people ask most about personal data — answered directly, without "in accordance with applicable legislation".

Data request

Write to us to correct or delete your data

It is the same form as everywhere else on the site, but the enquiry arrives tagged with this policy page, so it reaches the right person faster.

  • No reason required
  • We confirm completion in writing
  • If we must keep something by law, we say exactly what

By submitting the form you agree to the privacy policy.
