We do not charge you to change the phone number in your own header.
The edits that normally mean emailing a developer and waiting a week take a minute in the editor here, done by you, or by the AI assistant, which shows the proposed change and waits for you to apply it. We bill separately only for work that is genuinely not in the ready site: an integration, a non-standard module, design from scratch.

Three questions people rarely ask out loud. We will answer them ourselves.
…the subscription is not renewed
The site stops opening for visitors. That is the one thing that happens immediately. The content stays in your panel, and once paid the site comes back as you left it, not empty. The point at which an account is closed for good is written into the terms you accept when you pay.
…you decide to leave
The domain is registered to you, so the address and the search history it has built up leave with you. Copy, photos, the catalogue and the enquiry database are handed over on request. Write to us and we will agree the export format. None of it has to be argued for.
…something breaks
Write to support: hello@init.kz, @initkz or +7 (701) 046-66-26. We work Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00. A person answers, not a form telling you your enquiry matters to us. We install platform updates ourselves, so there is nothing for you to administer.
