Ways to reach us

Where to write, and which channel suits which task

Every contact below is live. The difference is speed and what you can attach: a call settles things fastest, email carries the files, a messenger is for a link and a couple of screenshots.

Who writes where

Clients, partners and candidates — three branches of one address

One address for everything, and one word in the subject line or the first line of the message — “project”, “partnership” or “vacancy”. That word routes it straight to the person who handles it.

How fast we answer

Three situations and the reply time for each

Inside office hours we answer the same day, and your message becomes a card on the board the moment you send it — so it survives the night as well. Here is how that works in each of the three situations.

An office door standing ajar with a dark mat in front of it carrying a single red stripe
same working day

During office hours

We see the message inside the working day and answer the same day. If the description leaves something unclear, the reply comes back as questions rather than a guess.

next working morning

Evenings and weekends

The message is not going anywhere: it is already a card on the board. On the morning of the next working day it is answered by a person who can already see which page you wrote from — not by an autoresponder at midnight.

call, do not write

When it genuinely burns

Put the deadline in the first line and say what happens if it slips. Urgent requests are raised by hand rather than by arrival time — but calling beats waiting for an email.

The first message

What to send straight away — and what you can skip

The more concrete the starting context, the faster we get to the actual work. The list is deliberately short: this is not a brief, just the few lines after which a useful answer is possible.

Useful immediately

Five minutes of your time saves a day of back-and-forth

  • A link to the current site or product, if one exists
  • Two sentences on the task and on what you would call a result
  • The deadline: by which date it must launch, and why that date
  • Who makes the decision and who signs off the copy
  • One or two sites you like, and one word on what you like about them
  • Which languages the site needs: Russian, Kazakh, English

You can skip

None of this speeds up the first reply

  • A forty-page specification — at this stage it only delays the conversation
  • An exact budget to the tenge: a range you are willing to stay within is enough
  • Logins and passwords for the current site — needed much later, never in the first message
  • A finished design of every page: say in one line that it exists, we will look at it on the call
  • “How much does it cost?” — the prices are already published: the subscription from from 12,800 ₸ a month, a bespoke build from from 1,500,000 ₸
What happens to an enquiry

An enquiry nobody answered is not a lost enquiry  it is a ruined first impression.

So there is no “we will be in touch” form here that leads nowhere. A message from the site becomes a card on a kanban board, the card remembers which page it was sent from, and it stays on the board until somebody does something with it. It is the same mechanism platform customers get for enquiries from their own sites.

After you send it

What happens next, step by step

The order is identical for the form at the bottom of this page and for an email. No step can be swapped: each one runs on the result of the previous one.

01

The message lands on the board

The form below does not send mail into a void: the enquiry immediately becomes a CRM card labelled with the page it was sent from. Repeat messages are not merged — write twice and you get two cards, not one lost one.

instantly

a card carrying your details

02

We read it and ask what is missing

Usually two or three things: the deadline, the site's languages and who decides. When the description already covers them, we skip this step entirely.

03

A short conversation

A call or a meeting at the office to pick the format: a bespoke site, or a subscription to a ready-made one you then edit yourself. It is a conversation about your task, not a studio pitch.

For bespoke work: a quote, a scope and a schedule, which take us 1–2 working days. The platform does not wait for us — the trial opens at once, 3 days, no card, and a site from the catalogue publishes in five minutes.

Questions

About reaching us, and about what follows

Six questions people ask before they send the first message.

Write to us

Describe the task — we come back with a format and a next step

The form sends your enquiry into our CRM: it becomes a card on the board, labelled as having come from the contacts page. If a messenger is easier, the buttons are at the top of the page.

  • Inside office hours we answer the same day; outside them, the next morning
  • We reply in Russian, Kazakh or English — whichever you wrote in
  • The first reply is real questions, not a sales pitch
