A medical centre sitewhere the patient findsthe doctor and the price
People find a medical centre site by the doctor, not by the centre's name: they type a neurologist, a thyroid ultrasound, or somewhere to give blood without an appointment, and before coming they check the licence. The ready-made site from the catalogue is built for exactly that search: specialties are linked to doctors, services to prices and preparation rules, and the paperwork sits in a section of its own. You edit the texts yourself, no developer involved.

Four different patients, four different first screens
A multi-specialty centre does not have one visitor. It has four, and they arrive from different searches. A handsome home page solves the problem for none of them.

ready-made themed sites

The six blocks a medical centre stands on
These are the things that actually sit on a centre's pages and the ones you will edit most often, not a list of builder features.
Specialties and doctors are linked to each other
Open “Neurology” and you see the centre's neurologists. Open a doctor's card and you see their specialties and services. The link is made once while filling things in; after that the site keeps it in both directions: add a doctor to a specialty and they appear in both places.

A price list the administrator maintains
Services grouped by specialty, each with a price, a duration and a short description. Changed in the admin panel in a minute, with no email to a developer and no exported PDF.
Tests with their preparation
A separate laboratory section: the name, the turnaround, the price and the preparation rules. Whether fasting is needed, what to stop beforehand, what time to arrive. The rules are yours to write.
Licences, company details and terms
The section people open before a first visit: the medical licence and its annexe, the company's details, the terms for paid services, consent forms. Files are uploaded in the admin panel and open straight from the page, so nobody has to ring you to be reassured.
Booking in every section
The form sits in the doctor's card, in the service and in the test, not just once at the bottom of the home page. The enquiry lands on the kanban board.
Branches, hours and directions
Addresses, opening hours by day, the reception number and the “which entrance” details people ask for on WhatsApp an hour before an appointment.
Three places where the tab gets closed
None of them looks like a problem in a report. The patient does not complain; they go to the centre next door, and you never find out.

The doctor's name is not on the site
They arrived with a specific recommendation. They will not ring reception to find out whether that specialist works for you: they will go back to the results and open the next link. A list of doctors with their specialties closes this scenario entirely.
“Call us for prices”
To a patient that is not caution, it is a signal that the price will be uncomfortable. An open price list does not commit you to discounts; it simply keeps the person on the site a minute longer.
The paperwork is nowhere to be seen
A parent bringing a child looks for the licence before they look at reviews. With no such section they go and find you somewhere else, and there somebody other than you writes about you.
Six steps to a site people can book on
The order is load-bearing, not decorative: each step depends on the data from the one before it. Specialties come before doctors, doctors before booking, and the domain is connected last, once the content has been checked.
Start the trial and get a working address
No card required. The site is immediately reachable at a technical address. You can open it on a phone and show the chief physician minutes later.
A live site at a technical address
Pick a ready-made site from the catalogue
Take the medical option out of the 26 and rewrite it, rather than assembling a page from nothing. The sections already sit in a sensible order.
The centre's whole structure
Enter the specialties and the doctors
Specialties first, then doctor cards linked to them. This is the one stage that scales with the size of the centre: twelve doctors means twelve cards.
Linked specialties and specialists
Fill in the prices and the tests
Services by specialty, the laboratory separately. Write each test's preparation as you go. You will not want to reassemble it later from what reception says on the phone.
Prices and preparation rules on the site
Publish the licences and test an enquiry
Upload the documents, then send a test enquiry from a doctor's card. An enquiry naming that page and section should appear on the kanban board — if it does, the form works.
Documents in place, an enquiry on the board
Connect the centre's domain
Last, once the content has been checked. Until then the site lives at its technical address and there is nothing to migrate.
The site on your own domain
The searches that bring people to you
A structure shaped by your specialties, not a “medical template”
A template and a ready-made site differ in exactly one way: a template hands you beautiful empty blocks and leaves you to invent what goes in them. Here the sections are already named for a medical centre: specialty, doctor, service, test, document. All that remains is to put your own data in. Appearance is a separate matter: colours, type and button shapes are configured without touching the content.
Builder sections carry medical names, not “Block 1 / Block 2”
Colours and typography change without any markup work
Photographs of doctors and rooms are uploaded in the admin panel
The mobile version is the same page, not a stripped-down second site

A patient who cannot find the doctor's name on your site does not ring to check — they open the next tab.
That is the only metric worth rebuilding a medical centre's site for. A modern look and animation are not it. The visitor arrives with three questions: does this doctor work here, what does this service cost, are you licensed. If the site answers them within a minute, the design has already done its job.
What the subscription includes — and what it does not
On the left, what the centre gets straight away and edits itself. On the right, the jobs our own web studio takes on as a separate project. Both columns are named before you pay, so you budget once.
Included
Working from the first day of the trial
- The AI assistant is included in the subscription: 19 tools, every change through your approval
- Specialties, doctor cards and the link between them
- A price list by specialty and a tests section with preparation rules
- A section for licences, company details and terms of service
- A booking form in the doctor's card, the service and the test; enquiries go to the kanban board
- Three site languages, each holding its own text
- An editor for specialties, doctors and prices — the administrator edits it, no developer
- Your own domain, once the content has been checked
Not included
Deliberately outside the subscription
- This is not a clinical information system: patient records and appointment schedules stay in your own EMR
- No telemedicine and no online consultations
- No ready-made integration with an EMR, a till or laboratory equipment
- The site publishes no patient data — the pages hold only what you entered yourself
- We do not write your consent forms or terms: your lawyer approves those
- We do not handle licensing and do not advise on medical advertising rules
Four ways to give a medical centre a website
The difference is what it costs, who assembles the medical-centre structure, and who edits the prices six months later.
| INIT ready-made site | A general-purpose builder | Bespoke development | A 2GIS listing and Instagram | |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Time to a site with doctors, prices and licences | Minutes after sign-up | Weeks of manual assembly | Weeks | Never — a listing does not show them |
| A service and test price list the administrator maintains | Designed to order | |||
| Doctor cards linked to specialties | Designed to order | |||
| Three languages with their own text, at the same price | Each language quoted separately | |||

The subscription starts at 12,800 ₸ a month and covers the centre's site in full: specialties, doctors, price list, tests, licences and booking. An EMR integration and a patient portal are built by our own web studio on a fixed quote: a corporate site from 3,000,000 ₸, a portal with an account area and integrations from 8,000,000 ₸. The site itself is working now rather than after that project is delivered.
What you will be changing yourself every month
A medical centre is not a static site. Doctors join and leave, prices get revised, new equipment arrives. The administrator does all of it.
A new doctor
A card, a photograph, a field and a link to a specialty. Then they appear both in that section and in the list of specialists.
A price revision
Prices are edited in the service catalogue. You can ask the assistant to raise prices across a specialty — it shows the list of edits and waits for your approval.
A new specialty
Added as a section, with doctors and services linked to it. The site's menu updates itself.
Working the enquiries
The board shows where each enquiry came from: a doctor's card or the tests section. Repeats are never merged: two submissions are two enquiries.
How it works, with the adjectives removed
The things usually established on the third call.

What people ask before starting
Short and concrete.
Build the centre's site and send yourself the first enquiry
Three days free with no card, then from 12,800 ₸ a month. That is enough to enter the specialties, a couple of doctors and check that a booking reaches the board.
- A your-clinic.shardit.app address is issued immediately
- Enquiries reach the kanban board naming the page and the section
- Nothing is charged before the trial ends
