Website integrations:enquiries, messengersand counters — out of the box.

A form on the page writes the enquiry straight into your own admin panel. There is no service in between, nothing gets copied by hand, and a connector costs you no monthly fee. WhatsApp, the phone number and the map are buttons whose links you set yourself. Counters are two fields holding an id. Not one enquiry leaves for a third-party service: they all stay in your CRM, tagged with the page and the section.

The word, taken apart

“Integrations” means four different things, and all four are set up in one evening

When someone says they need integrations, they usually mean one of four things. Enquiry capture works without you at all; messengers, phone and map are your own links in admin-panel fields; counters are an id in a field. Not one of the four needs a developer.

No setup

Forms deliver enquiries inside the platform

The one side with nothing to connect. A block carrying a form attaches its own id and signature to the submission, the server verifies that signature and places the enquiry on the kanban board, together with the page and the section it came from. A submission without a valid signature is rejected, not stored just in case.

Contact channels

Messengers are a button, not a conversation

The contacts section has a field for a WhatsApp link and a list for the rest: Telegram, Instagram, whatever you keep. The button opens the app on the visitor's phone. The conversation carries on where they are quickest to reply, with your own opening message ready to send.

Telephony

The phone number is a tel: link

Tapping the number opens the dialler. A call takes one touch: no app to install, no API key to set up, no monthly telephony bill.

Address

The map is an image plus directions

The contacts section holds a map image with a caption, and next to it links to open the address in a maps app and to get directions, both yours. No embedded widget behind an API key: the page loads faster and never asks a visitor to consent to somebody else's cookies.

Analytics

Counters are two fields

Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica switch on from an id on the analytics tab. The tab comes with the SEO Advanced module, 4,900 ₸ a month. The GA4 id is checked against the G-XXXXXXX shape: anything else simply does not connect.

Data

Enquiries as a board and as a table

One list in two views: a kanban by stage for working through them, and a table with a stage filter, search by name and email, one-click address copying and switchable phone and IP columns. You work inside the admin panel without exporting anything anywhere.

The path of an enquiry

Five steps from the tap to the card, with no third-party service in between

This is the part where the integration is already done for you: what happens between a button on the page and the “New” column on the board, including the step where a forged or foreign submission is cut off.

01

A visitor taps a button in a section

Not only the form at the bottom of the page: a plan button, “calculate” in the configurator, “send an enquiry” in the finder, a card rail, a corporate block — nine block variants can open a form instead of leading nowhere.

One tap

A form opened, not a dead link

02

The block sends its signature with the data

The block's id and its signature travel with the submission. That is precisely what the “page and section” line on the enquiry card is later read from.

Instant

An enquiry with a named source

03

The server verifies the signature and rejects the rest

If the signature does not match or the block is unknown, nothing is stored and a clear error comes back. There is no “thanks, we'll be in touch” into the void.

Fractions of a second

A verified enquiry

04

A card lands in the “New” column

On the right board: enquiry, order, product request, booking or review. The same person getting in touch twice creates a second card rather than overwriting the first.

Immediately

05

An email arrives if you set an address

The notification is a copy, not the only instance. Even if the email bounces or lands in spam, the enquiry stays in the admin panel.

Contact channels

What actually sits on the page, and where it leads

Each channel here is a real set of fields in the admin panel. Open a panel and you see what the channel does, which fields drive it, and where you edit them yourself.

Boundaries

What the subscription connects — the exact list

The left column is verifiable on your own site in the first days of the trial. The right one is the edge of the subscription: it is our own studio's work, a bespoke build from 1,500,000 ₸, so you never have to go looking for another contractor.

It has

Verifiable on your own site in the first days of the trial

  • The contacts form and nine further block variants create enquiries on the board
  • Each card names the page and the section the enquiry came from
  • An email notification to the address you set
  • A WhatsApp button with a link you write yourself
  • Tap-to-call and tap-to-email — tel: and mailto: links
  • A caption-and-link list for social profiles and messengers
  • A map image with a caption and links to maps and directions
  • Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica by id: the analytics tab comes with SEO Advanced, 4,900 ₸/mo
  • Enquiries in two views: a board and a table with filter and search

We build it bespoke

Outside the subscription — its own project from 1,500,000 ₸, on the same site

  • Inbound WhatsApp or Telegram messages on the enquiry board
  • Telephony: calls, recordings and per-number statistics
  • A one-click export of enquiries to CSV or Excel
  • Arbitrary code in the site's head
  • An embedded interactive map behind an API key
  • A hand-off to an external CRM, by connector or webhook
  • End-to-end attribution or offline conversions sent to ad platforms
  • Automated messages to customers on your behalf
The rule this page is built on

Every button on the site either does the job or brings you a customer. Buttons that merely pretend they worked do not exist here.

A “buy”, “calculate” or “send an enquiry” button always carries the person through to the end: where no service sits behind the action yet, it opens a form and creates a real card on the board — tagged with what they pressed and which plan or option they chose. You get a live contact and see demand in numbers exactly where another site would have collected silence.

When you need a channel beyond the subscription

Three working routes instead of one promise

Every rare scenario has a prepared answer here, and all three of them deliver the customer to you. None of them looks like a working button with nothing behind it.

A metal funnel on paper with four small spheres dropping into its mouth, one of them red.
Default

The button becomes an enquiry

This is the default behaviour of every transactional button: while no service sits behind the action, the button opens a form and creates a card tagged with what the person pressed. You see demand before the integration exists, and nobody receives a fake “paid”.

In the subscription

The data is always to hand

The enquiry table filters by stage, searches by name and email, copies an address in one click and can show the phone and IP columns. You work the list inside the admin panel, without waiting on an export and without reconciling it back afterwards.

from 1,500,000 ₸

The rest is studio work

Alongside the subscription to a ready-made site, INIT builds sites to order: a landing page from 1,500,000 ₸, a corporate site from 3,000,000 ₸, an online store from 5,000,000 ₸, a portal with customer logins and integrations from 8,000,000 ₸. Describe it in the form below: it creates exactly the kind of card an enquiry from your future site would.

Questions

What people ask before moving, not after

Short, specific answers: what the subscription connects, where it leads, and what we build as a separate project.

Try it

Build the site and test every channel on your own address

A 3-day trial, no card. A technical address is issued immediately, so the WhatsApp button, the map, the counter and the form can be checked on a live page within minutes. Yours, not a demo.

  • A your-name.shardit.app address is issued immediately
  • Forms, the map and the messenger buttons are edited in the admin panel, without a developer
