Websites for agency clients:build, hand over access, close the project.
A client site becomes margin instead of a cost centre: the subscription from 12,800 ₸ a month is your cost of goods, the price you quote the client is yours to set, and the difference is yours to keep. The site is assembled from a ready niche and a catalogue of sections, the domain is connected to the client, the client edits the content in their own admin panel, and hosting, SSL, updates and backups stay with us. You never become the client's sysadmin, and your part ends at handover instead of starting there.

Four different agencies, one identical problem at the end
Four kinds of agency below, and what the platform changes about a project's economics in each. A subscription from 12,800 ₸ a month covers a standard client site; anything with custom logic in it we take as our other format, bespoke development from 1,500,000 ₸.

3
site languages
Each with its own content, not a switch above a single page
Handover is access to an admin panel, not an archive of source files
Most projects end with “just message us if anything comes up”. This one ends with the client opening the admin panel and changing what they used to change through you.
The client edits the content themselves
Copy, prices, photographs, opening hours, the list of services — ordinary fields in the admin panel. Alongside them sits the assistant: the client describes the task in words, sees the list of proposed changes and presses apply themselves. No edit reaches the site without their approval.

The site on the client's domain
The domain is connected to the client's site rather than left on a technical address. That technical address is issued immediately at the start, so the work can be shown before a domain has even been bought.
Enquiries go to the client, not to your inbox
Site forms land on a kanban board. The card shows the source page, and a repeat enquiry is not merged into the first: the same person asking twice is two requests, not a duplicate.
Russian, Kazakh and English versions
3 site languages, each with its own content. For a client in Kazakhstan that is not a “someday” option: part of the audience and part of the tender requirements are read in Kazakh, and it is usually the work an agency subcontracts to a translator for extra money.
Services and prices as ordinary fields
The price list, the services and the prices are ordinary section fields the client adds and edits themselves. Changing a price does not mean rebuilding a section.
Show it before the client pays
A 3-day trial with no card. Enough to assemble a draft for a specific client and show it at a live address rather than in a PDF full of renders.
The calls that stop arriving
What the subscription covers and what stays a project
We sell both a subscription to a ready-made site, from 12,800 ₸ a month, and bespoke development, from 1,500,000 ₸. A client with any kind of brief stays your client: what changes is the format and the quote, not the supplier.
The subscription covers
A standard company, service or catalogue website, from 12,800 ₸ a month
- A brochure site, a campaign landing page, service pages with prices
- Assembly from 26 ready niches and 35 kinds of section
- Domain, hosting and updates — on the platform's side
- Forms and enquiries on a kanban board, each carrying its source page
- Russian, Kazakh and English versions with separate content
- An admin panel where the client edits content without you
This is where bespoke development starts
Also ours: a landing page from 1,500,000 ₸, a corporate site from 3,000,000 ₸, a portal from 8,000,000 ₸
- Integration with 1C, a warehouse system or the client's CRM
- A user account area and calculations on your own formula
- Pixel-exact fidelity to an arbitrary layout: sections come from the catalogue
- Migrating an old site together with its existing front-end build
- The client's advertising, search promotion and traffic work
Six steps from the brief to the client editing on their own
The order is load-bearing, not decorative: the domain is connected after the site is filled, and access is handed over after the client has found things with their own hands. Swap the steps around and you get back exactly the calls this was meant to remove.
Open a trial and pick the niche
3 days, no card. The technical address is issued immediately, so a draft can be shown minutes later. Of the 26 ready sites you take the one closest to the client's business.
A live draft on a technical address
Assemble the pages from sections
Add, reorder and remove blocks from the catalogue — 35 kinds, from a hero and a price list to an enquiry form and a services catalogue. This is the part where you work as a designer rather than as a front-end contractor.
A site structure fitted to this client
Fill it with the client's content
Their copy, photographs, services and prices. The Kazakh and English versions are filled in here too: each language has its own content, which is real work rather than a checkbox in settings.
A site with real content, not demo text
Connect the client's domain
The site moves from the technical address to the client's own domain. Before this step you can show it; you cannot hand it to indexing or to paid traffic.
The site on the client's domain
Hand over access and walk through the admin panel
Half an hour of screen sharing: where a price is changed, where enquiries sit, how to ask the assistant to rewrite a block and why it waits for approval. That half hour is what separates a closed project from lifetime support.
The client knows where to change what
The client edits, you move to the next project
Phone number, price list, promotions and photographs change without you. If they come back, they come back with a new brief and a new budget rather than with “just change one figure, it takes a minute”.
A closed project
A subscription from 12,800 ₸ a month is a cost line. Everything above it on the client's invoice is your margin.
The rest is subtraction. A site the client cannot edit themselves is one you support for free right up until the day you fall out: an hour spent changing a phone number costs you exactly what an hour on a new project costs, except nobody pays for it. Move the edits to the client and the hosting, SSL and updates to the platform, and both the support and the sysadmin role leave your cost base. Handing over the admin panel is where that margin line actually comes from.
What each of the three routes costs the agency
Compared on what is actually spent: time to delivery, your hours after it, and a price you can quote before you start. The subscription begins at 12,800 ₸ a month. Bespoke development begins at 1,500,000 ₸. Both are ours.
| A site on the INIT platform | Built from scratch to a layout | Free CMS on your own hosting | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to the first working version | Minutes | Weeks | Days |
| A unique design without hiring a front-end contractor | 9 premium designs from 27,800 ₸/mo, or a bespoke build | Your own build hours on every project | A bought theme everyone else has too |
| Integrations, user accounts, your own business logic | Bespoke build: a portal from 8,000,000 ₸ | You write it | Plugins, and their fate |
| The client edits content without a developer | Yes; the assistant is included in the subscription, with 19 tools | If an admin panel was built | |
| How many client sites you personally maintain a year later | None | All of them | All of them |
| Who is responsible for updates, backups and security | The platform | You | You |
| 3 languages with separate content out of the box | If it was built in | A localisation plugin | |
| Enquiries carrying a source page with no setup | Written by hand | A forms plugin | |
| The same handover process on the tenth client | If you maintain your own theme set | ||
| Cost known before you start | From 12,800 ₸ a month | A quote per project | Hosting plus your hours |
The plans: a landing page 12,800 ₸/mo, a corporate site 14,700 ₸/mo, premium designs 27,800–32,800 ₸/mo. The AI assistant is included in the subscription. Fixed-price modules: SEO Advanced 4,900 ₸/mo, scroll landings 15,000 ₸/mo. Bespoke development starts from 1,500,000 ₸ for a landing page and from 3,000,000 ₸ for a corporate site. The full table is at /price.
What handover actually does to the team's workload
The platform changes less about how you build a site than about what the team is doing six months after handover.

Support stops being an invisible line item
Free support isn't actually free, it just never shows up on an invoice: an hour spent changing a phone number costs you exactly what an hour on a new project costs. When the client changes the phone number themselves, the team saves more than an hour. It skips the context switch that actually eats a whole day.
Margin is worked out before the start, not after
The cost of a client site is a subscription from 12,800 ₸ a month (14,700 ₸ for a corporate site, 27,800 or 32,800 ₸ for a premium design) plus your own hours on assembly and content. Everything above that on the client's invoice stays with you, and the figure is known at the brief: no “contingency” line for making the sixth section responsive and no evening call about padding.
One handover script for every client
The same admin panel, the same access handover, the same half-hour walkthrough. A new person on the team learns it once instead of relearning it per project.
A Kazakh version without a translator on staff
The kz version is part of the site rather than a sub-project. The assistant in the admin panel helps carry meaning into another language, but applies changes only after a person approves them.
Two formats for one brief
A standard site is a subscription from 12,800 ₸ a month. Customer accounts, integrations and custom logic are bespoke development from 1,500,000 ₸. Both figures are named at the brief, so a client with any kind of job stays yours.
What the agency gets and what the client gets
No hedging: everything below can be checked on the first day of the trial, without talking to a salesperson.
Starting and handing over
What the client does without you

What agencies ask before the first project
Concrete answers with figures — plans, the boundary between formats, and the handover.
Build the first client site and see what the handover actually looks like
A 3-day trial with no card: enough to assemble a draft for a real client and show it at a live address. After that it is a subscription from 12,800 ₸ a month. If the brief carries customer accounts or integrations, we quote the bespoke build from 1,500,000 ₸.
- A client-name.shardit.app address is issued immediately
- The enquiry reaches a person, not an autoresponder
- Both figures at the brief: subscription from 12,800 ₸/mo, bespoke from 1,500,000 ₸
