Public offer

The public offer —the contract youaccept by paying.

This is a public offer — a proposal to enter into a contract on the terms set out below. There is no separate document to sign: the contract is concluded the moment you pay for the plan you have chosen. A subscription starts at 12 800 ₸ a month; the full price list is published on the pricing page. What follows is what you get, what you pay for, how to stop, and what happens to your data if you leave. It is worth reading before you pay — the 3-day trial exists so that you can.

Part 1 · Subject

Who is agreeing with whom, and about what

The offer covers two different services and they should not be confused: a subscription is access to a working site you edit yourself; development is work carried out against your brief.

The parties and the subject

Subject of the contract
Site access by subscriptionA ready-made site from the catalogue, the admin panel, hosting and platform updates — as a service, not as a boxed product; from 12 800 ₸ a month
The second model
Bespoke developmentA site built to your brief, from 1 500 000 ₸; the scope, timings and terms are agreed separately before work starts
Who may accept
An individual or a companyA person with legal capacity acting for themselves, or an authorised representative of an organisation
Form of contract
Public offerNothing to sign and no scans to exchange — acceptance is an action, not a document

Law and language

Governing law
Republic of KazakhstanDisputes that correspondence does not settle are heard by the courts of the city of Almaty
Language of the contract
RussianThe Kazakh and English versions of this page are a translation for convenience; where the meaning differs, the Russian text prevails
Changes to the terms
By publishing a new revisionA period already paid for runs out under the terms that applied on the day it was paid
Part 2 · Acceptance

Four steps, and the contract forms on the fourth

The first three commit you to nothing: without a payment there is no contract. That is precisely why the trial comes before the payment rather than after it.

01

You register and receive a technical address

The site opens straight away at an address of the form your-name.shardit.app. There is no contract at this step: you have paid nothing and are bound by nothing.

02

Three days of trial — no card, no acceptance

No payment details are required, so there is no automatic charge to worry about. These are the days to test the editor, the assistant and the enquiry forms against your own real content rather than a demo.

3 days

A tested site and an informed decision

03

You choose a plan in your account

A subscription starts at 12 800 ₸ a month; what each current plan contains and costs is shown in your account and on the pricing page. The price list in force on the day of payment is the one that applies.

04

Payment is the signature

From the moment the payment is received, the contract is concluded on the terms of this offer in the revision that applied on the day of payment. No separate document is signed.

Part 3 · What the service is

What the subscription includes — and what it does not

On the left is everything 12 800 ₸ a month gives you from the first minutes; on the right is what you are not paying for, so the invoice holds no surprises.

Included in the subscription

Available from the first day of the paid period, from 12 800 ₸ a month

  • A site from the catalogue of ready themes — 26 of them, each rewritable for your business
  • The page editor and the section catalogue: 35 kinds of block a page is assembled from
  • Three site languages — Russian, Kazakh and English — in one admin panel
  • Enquiry capture: the form sends the enquiry to a kanban board, and the card names the page it came from
  • Hosting, the technical address and platform updates

Not included, and not promised separately

The boundary of what we answer for — so the invoice stays predictable

  • The AI assistant is included in the subscription; the add-on module SEO Advanced is not — 4 900 ₸ a month, attached separately from your account
  • Writing your copy, taking your photographs or designing your logo is not included
  • Marketing, advertising and buying traffic are not included
  • The cost of your own domain and its renewal is not included — a domain is paid to the registrar
  • No guarantee of search rankings and no promised number of enquiries
  • Bespoke development is not included — that is the second model, from 1 500 000 ₸ and on separate terms
  • Running your accounts or drafting your contracts with your customers is not included

Part 4 · Payment, period and stopping

What happens to the money and to the term

Four situations that generate most of the questions. In none of them does an amount appear from nowhere: it is always the one shown in your account at the moment of payment.

Part 5 · Data

Ending a subscription ends the service; it does not turn your content and your enquiries into ours.

Copy, photographs, the catalogue and your correspondence with customers belong to you before you pay and after you leave. We do not use your material in our own sales, we do not show it to other customers, and we do not keep a copy of your enquiry base. The only thing that ends with the subscription is access to the platform.

After it stops

What happens to the site, the enquiries and the files

The short answer: the site stops opening, and the data waits for your decision — it leaves on your request, either as an export or as a deletion.

Access

The site and the address

The site stops opening at its technical address. Your own domain stays yours — it is paid to the registrar and not to us, and you may point it wherever you like.

Export

Enquiries and CRM

The enquiries you have already received are your customers' contact details. On a written request we hand you an export of them before anything is deleted.

Deletion

Content and files

Copy, photographs and the page structure are handed over on the same request. Deletion happens when you ask for it; the procedure and your rights are set out in the privacy policy.

Part 6 · Details

A question about the contract

An unclear clause is better settled before payment

Tell us which clause raised the question: we answer on the substance, and if the wording turns out to be murky we fix it on this page.

  • Your message lands on the same board as customer enquiries, not in a shared inbox
  • A repeat message is never treated as a duplicate — a second question is not quietly swallowed
